Campuses in Israel: Hod Hasharon

Spend Four Months Living in Israel

One Semester with a Lifetime of Perspective

The ultimate study abroad experience in Israel for high school students. Spend four incredible months living in Israel, continuing high school study, building lifelong friendships, and learning about history where it actually happened. Instead of viewing Israel from a tour bus, students take part in dynamic classes, join a supportive campus community, participate in tiyulim (field trips) across the country, and discover a genuine sense of belonging. It’s not just study abroad. This is a journey that fosters growth and connection beyond any other abroad experience.

Muss works with each student’s home school to align curricula, plan courses, and ensure credit acceptance. Muss also supports AP and honors needs. Students live on a supervised campus and follow a purposeful academic and travel schedule.

Israel Studies

Experience Israel as a living classroom. Our signature Israel Studies course focuses on a experiential learning model. Students don't just learn in the classroom, but directly in the field, combining 250 hours of classroom and seminar-style learning with deeply immersive, practical experiences.

Students engage with thousands of years of Jewish and Israeli history, while also seeing modern Israeli society and the promise of the future up close.

Our Israel Studies curriculum provides students a historical perspective that guides critical thinking and global inquiry. Israel Studies teachers utilize the unique historical and geographic resources of Israel to help students understand the people of Israel in their land and the Jewish Diaspora in the context of Western Civilization.

Hebrew Language Class for Full Semester Students Only

As a part of the full semester program, students are given the opportunity to study Hebrew. Taking Hebrew provides students with the skills necessary to be truly immersed in Israeli society as they travel the country and learn about the history and the culture.
