Some of the best conversations at Muss happen around the dining table. Students trade stories from the day, build friendships across backgrounds, and experience the rhythms and flavors of Israel together.

Nutrition to Get Students Through a Full Day of Learning

Students enjoy nutritious kosher meals with accommodations for allergies, dietary restrictions, and personal needs. Muss works with families before departure to understand dietary accommodations to ensure each students is properly cared for.

All meals at Muss are kosher certified and under the supervision of the chief rabbinate for both campus dining and field trips.

Food Allergies

Food Allergies

The Muss team is prepared to deal with any food allergy. The campus kitchen does not prepared food with any nuts and students are encouraged to inform kitchen staff about allergies. Food providers for field trips are informed of allergies and make appropriate accommodations.

All dietary restrictions should be communicated with Muss staff. We have the resources to accommodate for gluten free students, lactose free students, vegetarian students, and more.

Muss shares mealtimes with the Mosenson Youth Village community. Standard mealtimes are detailed below. Standard mealtimes, with the exception of field trip days are detailed below.

Families work directly with campus prior to travel to ensure all student's dietary needs are met. Please let the staff know if a student has allergies or dietary restrictions.
